Two (2) to five (5) years experience as a conventional tug captain;

Experience as an officer on a vessel equipped with a SMS system;

Experience on ASD tugs (asset);

Experience in docking vessels (major asset).

Ability to perform the following duties

· Assists in counting the inventory in the stand

· Assist in the overall preparation of the stand prior and during an event

· General cleaning on a regular basis

· The selling of food and beverage items to the public at a specified price

· Greeting of the customer

Manage all Front of the House aspects of the event including set-up, serving meals and beverages, and take-down.

1-2 years of catering or banquet Front of the House experience

Experience leading a team, whether in food service or other industry

Industry experience:at least 3 years of experience working at restaurants or event venues – required

PhD economic or technical education

Successful experience of "cold" and "warm" attraction of partners.

Experience in supporting and developing sales of partners on marketplaces is your advantage.

Organize the process of recruitment and training of operators on stand.

Participate in the development of a motivation system for operators.

Work with operators to improve performance, motivate them to achieve results.

Stand Leads are responsible for ensuring the overall smooth operation of their designated

Maintaining stock levels, following the necessary ordering procedures when required.

Required to instruct, direct, and supervise all staff working in the designated location to ensure

Required to efficiently count opening and closing inventory.

Maintaining all required paperwork such as employee time sheets, temperature control logs,

Must conduct pre-event team meetings with employees at their designated location.
