5+ years experience with Product Management

Experience working effectively with remote/offshore teams

Develop and articulate metrics, requirements, goals, and features to all relevant stakeholders.

Advanced knowledge and experience with SQL

Experience with Google Analytics/Appsflyer/Google Tag Manager/Firebase;

Data Science or Data Analytics Certification and/or Reforge program preferred

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in data analysis

Minimum 1 year of experience focused on SaaS product analysis including usage, retention, churn, monetization, and segmentation

Experience with RDMS and data pipelines (MySQL, Redshift, Snowflake, Segment, Athena) is an asset

Advanced Excel knowledge for adhocreports

Support operational and in-force process issues including system requirements to support inforce and legacy products when required.

Minimum 5 years work experience in a data analytics or similar function in the life insurance industry

Knowledge of Life insurance products, Contracts and Systems

Advanced knowledge of Excel formulas (Offset, Index, Match) and queries Power BI, VBA, Infomaker, Access, PowerPoint

Advanced skills in SQL, Tableau, Product Analytics tools (e.g., Pendo), Data Warehouse solutions (e.g., Redshift)

Excellent organizational skills including prioritization of multiple concurrent projects while still delivering timely and accurate results.
