Overview Staff Mechanical Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and testing mechanical components and systems. They are also responsible for troubleshooting and resolving mechanical issues, and ensuring that all mechanical components and systems meet safety and quality standards. Detailed Job Description Staff Mechanical Engineers are responsible for designing, developing, and testing mechanical components and systems. They must have a strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and be able to apply them to the design and development of mechanical components and systems. They must be able to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues, and ensure that all mechanical components and systems meet safety and quality standards. They must also be able to work with other engineers and technicians to ensure that all mechanical components and systems are properly integrated into the overall design. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and practices
• Ability to design, develop, and test mechanical components and systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues
• Ability to ensure that all mechanical components and systems meet safety and quality standards
• Ability to work with other engineers and technicians to ensure that all mechanical components and systems are properly integrated into the overall design
• Knowledge of CAD/CAM software
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and techniques
• Knowledge of materials and their properties
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license
• Knowledge of CAD/CAM software
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and techniques
• Knowledge of materials and their properties
