Create and manage ad hoc requests to the Specialty Drug Care Program CRM

Excellent computer skills including Microsoft suite of products (minimum intermediate level Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Exceptional written and oral communication skills

Oversee the day-to-day assignment and operations of the Specialty Drug Care Program Development Analyst and Support Specialist
