Prepare for and help execute special events and campaigns

Implement operational and sales support tactics

Facilitate weekly team meetings with your sales partners to work on sales growth initiatives

3 years’ leadership or management experience, preferably in the medical space

Management of the required medical logs (drugs, laboratory, radiology)

Monitoring the staff requirements to ensure the efficient operation of the department

Good organizational and communication skills with the ability to develop positive interpersonal relationships in a busy, multi-departmental setting

Exceptional communication skills and ability to adapt to and lead diverse personalities

Provide leadership to a team of Registered Veterinary Technicians, including on the floor assessments of Referral workflow

Assist in vendor communication and relationship management

Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

2+ years of insurance industry experience
