A proven track record of 3-5 years of progressive management experience overseeing operations in a multi-unit environment.

Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams while managing change effectively.

Lead a team of five (5) to ten (10) clinic managers within a geographical region.

Communicate, lead, and support clear expectations of company strategic initiatives and operational standards to the clinic managers and physicians.

Recruit and onboard new clinic managers and assistant clinic managers.

Regularly review clinic manager performance and provide ongoing feedback in a timely manner.

Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

Preload up to 5 trucks while pulling assigned freight off conveyor belt

Build positive relationships with team (couriers, lead hands and sorters)

Working with conveyor and roller belts, inside trailers, cargo containers and package vehicles

Accurately scan, count the number of stops on a truck and write all premium products while loading

Adhere to all safety standards

Strive to advance his/her knowledge, skills and abilities and consistently share these with others.

Follow designated breaks under the guidance of culinary management and supervisors, as business dictates.

Previous experience in a customer service environment preferred.

Outgoing and professional with strong people skills.

Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

Minimum of 1 year of general warehouse experience.

Provide direction and leadership to the sales team, pertaining to the enhancement of the team member experience.

Create a unique client experience in retaining the current book of business and deepen the existing banking relationships with your clients.

Minimum five years of related experience in a financial institution, with three of the years with sales leadership experience

Demonstrated senior level collaboration, negotiation, influencing and motivational skills
