Software Manager – Oem Broadcast Jobs

BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Math, or equivalent education/experience.

Demonstrated time management and completion of tasks to a definite deadline.

2+ years programming experience required.

Training and experience with Agile software development.

Experience and training in formal testing methods helpful.

Having experience with relational databases such as DB2.

Coordinate and communicates with the solutions and territory sales management and the distributor organizations.

Provide application knowledge and industry expertise and manages sales activities according to Rockwell Automation’s Insight Selling methodology.

Maintain accurate assessment of target and opportunity funnel within the Dynamics Customer Relationship Management system.

Engage the Rockwell Automation account team and senior management, as required, to plan for and win opportunities.

Organize and manage a technical engagement team for identified opportunities and integrates competitive data and strategy into proposals.

Set and helps manage internal/external partner expectations.

Experience, in the industrial market, selling to industrial OEM’s -

Maintains professional relationships with key personnel to foster trust and influence opportunities.

Bachelor’s degree required – Engineering preferred

Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation and organizational skills.

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and to successfully manage customer relationships.

Proven ability for multi-tasking to manage and drive the complex demands of a sales leadership role.

Experience – 5+ years of related sales experience in industrial and technology applications

Education –BA/BS Degree in Business, or Electrical Engineering

PPE must be worn during site visits, as stipulated by Spark Power and customer safety requirements.

Stakeholder management – working in internal teams to drive numbers

Willingness to experiment and improve Channel management

Understanding of Technology and User Experience

Merchant acquiring, new client acquisition
