Set up and manage email and SMS automation workflows to optimize customer journeys and maximize results.

Proven experience as an Email/SMS Strategist, preferably in an agency setting.

In-depth knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., MailChimp, Klaviyo) and SMS marketing platforms (e.g., Twilio, ActiveCampaign).

Excellent copywriting and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

In-depth knowledge of audience segmentation tactics, list cleaning and IP reputation management

Minimum 5 years email marketing experience for DTC brands

Excellent knowledge of Klaviyo and its advanced features

Extensive knowledge in creating advanced strategies for automated flows as well as broadcast emails

Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
