Technical / engineering / quality management education – minimum bachelor’s degree.

Experience in process management ideally in project business, preferably in the energy or automation industry, or other quality and process-oriented industries

2-4years of Operations management experience

Superior skills in people management, negotiation, and communication

Responsibility for the quality of RE-delivery on location level and management of smaller projects

Strong customer service/ sales skills required

Advanced Continuous Improvement Methodology knowledge

Manage the handover from landlord | owner to end-users

Defining standards for the project teams document management process and ensuring quality of results and documentation
