Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/HR/Information systems OR equivalent in education and experience

Working knowledge of OS Patch Management solutions, methodologies, and deployment

Working knowledge and hands-on experience with networking and routing technologies and protocols

Offers consultative design and configuration best practices, provide detailed product walk-throughs and effectively educate new and existing partners on product functionality.

Work with partners to assess requirements and build projects plans to achieve desired goals.

Previous technology consulting in a professional services organization, system administrator, or experience working within an MSP business in a technical capacity.

Strong Windows Server/OS experience; Linux and Mac OS experience is desirable.

Knowledge of the area of pension or benefits administration and / or quality assurance experience will be considered an asset;

Experience Business Analyst is required

Clear knowledge of our Solution and can effectively support the team;

Participate in the analysis of requests for changes to our solution or internal processes including updates to requirement documentation;

Have a college education in a field deemed relevant;

Have a minimum of 3 years of experience;

You have excellent technical writing skills, mathematical skills and editing capabilities

Working collaboratively with clients, managers and consultants

You have 1+ years of experience working in the software industry or supporting software clients

Prior experience of the Canadian SR&ED program is considered a strong asset but not required

Researching and understanding the SR&ED program and criteria

Conducting and recording client interviews pertaining to SR&ED activities

Undertaking smaller assignments or assisting on larger assignments reporting to a manager, senior manager, or a partner.

Financial and commercial awareness with strong analytical skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Identifying and reporting key issues, performing the relevant financial analysis, and interpreting results.

Participating in KPMG’s engagement teams with senior client executives, attorneys, and investors.

Writing detailed professional reports and other client deliverables.

Partner with Benefits Administrator (LifeWorks) to manage benefits extension following end of employment

Manage Transition Services email Inbox

Guidance to Human Resources & Labour Relation on Pension & Benefit criteria, eligibility and important impacts for various projects/initiatives

Manage SAP Transactions following end of employments

Knowledge of Payroll & Transactions

Strong organizational skills, self motivation, an ability to handle multiple demands by prioritizing

Achievement of deliverables with quality and with timelines, supporting the assigned project manager with proper tracking

Minimum 7 year’s experience with CCM applications such as Messagepoint, Quadient Inspire, OpenText, Sefas Designer or related solutions.

College Diploma or University Degree in Computer Science or Engineering (equivalent work experience in CCM document engineering may be considered).

Experience in related CCM solution tools, such as print stream manipulation, archive, data transformation/normalization and scripting tools.

achievement of deliverables with quality and with timelines, supporting the assigned project manager with proper tracking

Be able to perform in the capacity of CCM Solutions Architect and/or Solution Lead when assigned.

3-5 years’ of end-to-end Payroll implementation consulting experience with an HCM software provider

Experience in business process mapping and organization readiness

Project management experience with Capital Re-development/Capital Equipment, Construction Management and Technology preferred.

Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification (Issued by Project Management Institute) considered an asset.

Demonstrates excellent word processing, spreadsheet, relational database, visual management software, project management software and simulation modelling software skills

Experience and demonstrated expertise in data management, data analysis, and statistical manipulation.

Demonstrates excellent team building and management of group processes skills.

An equivalent combination of undergraduate education and relevant experience may be considered.

Facilitate sales and rentals to schools and educational institutions

Maintain an in-depth, diverse, and current knowledge of our products, policies and procedures

Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills

Thorough organizational skills and attention to detail

Previous experience in retail or sales is an asset

Previous experience working with schools or institutions is an asset

Proven written communication abilities and strong presentation skills, with demonstrated experience in business writing.

Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

Two years of full-time professional experience.

Technical skills including modelling using econometric and statistical techniques in an academic and non-academic setting.

Experience with Big Data analytics (Altryx) and data visualization (Tableau, BI, Qlik) is an asset.

Experience in client service is an asset.
