Servicenow With Qa Jobs

Proven experience in project management, with a focus on software development projects.

Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile PM, etc.) is a plus.

Experience in both traditional Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.

Implement effective risk management techniques to minimize project disruptions.

Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains within project management and QA processes.

Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello).

Manage the defect’s identified during testing interacting with the ServiceNow platform team on the validation of the fixes made.

Provide quality testing effort estimates to project managers and scrum masters.

Assist the ServiceNow platform team with the creation of Agile stories based on requirements received.

Ensures that the defined QA processes meet auditing requirements

Strong knowledge of QA methodology

Hands-on experience testing custom-developed systems

Demonstrates superior analytical skills in analyzing user, functional and technical requirements

Demonstrates a working understanding of the defect management process.

Demonstrates a working understanding of ServiceNow Test Management and Agile

Demonstrates a working understanding of the various Test Management and Defect Management tools.

Demonstrates the ability to understand complex business and functional requirements.

Demonstrates the ability to derive the Test Scenarios from the Business Requirements.
