Minimum high school education or equivalent.

Effective oral and written communication skills.

Minimum 1 year of experience working in a production or stores environment.

Have accurate typing skills and a strong knowledge of PC software programs (particularly Microsoft office, Word and Excel)

Highly effective listening skills to ascertain customers' needs, and determine appropriate action required for resolution

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for explaining complex issues to customers

Have the ability to work on a variety of tasks, with strong organizational skills

Possess good customer service skills

Technical savvy / must have strong computer skills and able to work with multiple screens

H2S Alive, First Aid and Valid Drivers License are required.

Crew lodging can be supplied for out of town employees.
