- Confirm and sign for deliveries place in receiving, on occasion.
- Comparing customer units to paperwork provided by customer (PO).
- Keeping track of Repair Orders and following up on Repair Orders.
- What the cost of the previous unit repaired.
- Searching Quantum for proper placement of customer units:
- Filing maintenance.
- Which technician carries out the repair.
- Dealing with customer issues.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Responsible for picking parts for work orders.
- In-house or sent out for repair.
- Receive and ship customer units with regards to the proper paperwork.
- Opening and closing Work Orders and Repair Orders.
- Data entry.
- Search AEA for exchange and outright prices and provide a copy with the Work Order.
- Organization of AOG and RUSH units.
- Organization, cleanliness, appearance of the counter.
- Previous work orders.
- Unload deliveries as required ensuring receiving is notified and given the weigh bill of shipment, on occasion.
- Final check of paperwork and unit condition before returned to customer.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Minimum high school education or equivalent.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Genial, friendly manner; strong interpersonal skills.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in a production or stores environment.
- Aviation or Automotive experience is considered an asset.
- Depending on qualifications, selected candidates may be offered a role at a more appropriate level.
