Overview The Senior Vice President of Human Resources is responsible for leading the Human Resources team and developing and executing the Human Resources strategy in alignment with the organization’s overall strategy. This position will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs that support the organization’s goals and objectives. Detailed Job Description The Senior Vice President of Human Resources will be responsible for leading the Human Resources team and developing and executing the Human Resources strategy in alignment with the organization’s overall strategy. This position will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs that support the organization’s goals and objectives. The Senior Vice President of Human Resources will also be responsible for managing the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process, as well as developing and managing employee relations and performance management programs. Additionally, this position will be responsible for developing and managing the organization’s compensation and benefits programs, as well as overseeing the organization’s compliance with applicable laws and regulations. • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
• Knowledge of recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
• Knowledge of employee relations and performance management
• Knowledge of compensation and benefits

• Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
• Ability to develop and implement HR strategies
• Ability to analyze data and make decisions
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• 10+ years of experience in Human Resources
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role
• Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g. PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
• Knowledge of recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
• Knowledge of employee relations and performance management
• Knowledge of compensation and benefits
• Knowledge of organizational development
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
Job Experience
• 10+ years of experience in Human Resources
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role
