MSc or PhD in Physics, Optoelectronics, or related relevant field

Ph.D or M.S. in material science, chemistry, chemical engineering, physics, or related field with management experience required.

Update management and the company board of directors on various projects

Establish project management and prioritization of all R&D development to meet customer deliverables and commercialization schedule.

Prepare and present the R&D updates to the management and the board on a regular basis.

Manage a team of material scientists.

Work with customers to understand their requirements and organize internal projects to meet deliverable.

Manage a team of acquisition professionals, including hiring, training, and performance management.

Strong financial analysis skills, with experience modeling complex real estate transactions.

Collaborate with other departments, including development, construction, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of acquisitions.

Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, business administration or a related field.

At least 5-7 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, with a proven track record of successful transactions.

Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders.

Excellent project management skills with ability to produce quality work with an attention to detail.

Skilled in time management and the ability to prioritize tasks

Build and maintain collaborative relationships with operations management and the Corporate Development team and work effectively with cross functional support teams.

Interact and communicate effectively with target companies' management.

Recognized professional accounting or finance designation (CPA, CFA, CBV) or equivalent.

5+ years of progressive experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Continuously update and manage the database for real estate portfolio statistics/data, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.

Degree in Finance, MBA preferred.

Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in a developer capacity.

Solid Proforma skills in Excel.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in presenting analytical work.

Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop effective working relationships with the brokerage community, executive members and partners.
