Proven experience (8+ years) in network administration, server management, and cloud integration.

Virtualization Management: Utilize VMWare to create, configure, and manage virtual machines. Optimize virtualization infrastructure for optimal performance and resource utilization.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.

Extensive knowledge of AWS and Azure cloud platforms, including on-premises and cloud-based Active Directory.

Vendor management and development. Develop and foster relationships with vendors to manage and improve SLAs

Deploy, inventory, patch, re-image, and recover assets while transitioning to Modern Management solutions

IT asset and accessories inventory management. Plan purchases ahead and maintain accurate inventory as well as ensure timely delivery to customers

Experience in providing desk side and remote computer support, and performing repair and maintenance procedures

Inventory, manage, track, and recover software licenses

BSc in CS or equiv or 10+ years of IT client service experience

Experience with remote management of systems and managing remote access.

Provide management and mentorship for junior team members.

Manage cloud infrastructure for SaaS applications;

8+ years of experience in Systems Administration, Network Engineering, SAN and Cloud/SAAS

Experience with managing Windows Server 2012 and later, including version upgrades.

Experience with VMWare ESXi, Hyper-V, Azure, AWS and iSCSI SAN (Nimble or other vendors).

Group Policy Systems including GPOs and Microsoft Management Console

Microsoft Distributed File System and file access/permissions management

3 years experience with Windows Server environments

1 year experience with VMWare ecosystem to host virtualized server clusters across physical devices.

Consult with users and evaluate requirements, recommend designs, provide cost Analyzes, plan projects, and coordinate tasks for installation of data networks;

Analyze, design, implement and manage current or recent Microsoft Windows Server ecosystem datacenters to include (but not limited to):

Post-Secondary education with a minimum of 6-8 years related experience

Experience with technologies like Citrix, and other remote access solutions

Customer Service and problem resolution skills

Experience with VPNs (AnyConnect, GlobalProtect, OpenVPN)

Working knowledge of backup applications like Veeam, Commvault, etc

Working Knowledge of Email Protocols and traffic flow
