Detailed Job Description The Senior Superintendent is responsible for managing the entire construction project from start to finish. They must ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget, while also ensuring that safety standards are met. The Senior Superintendent is also responsible for managing the project team, including subcontractors, engineers, and other personnel. The Senior Superintendent must also be able to effectively communicate with all stakeholders, including the client, subcontractors, and other personnel.
