Senior Servicenow Developer Jobs

• 6-8 years’ experience supporting the implementation, administration, configuration, and development of the ServiceNow Platform

• 8-10 Years’ experience as a core developer/database administrator

• Service Portal experience would be a plus

Own the design and development of complex ServiceNow solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and enforce standard processes.

Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and partners to capture and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.

Write efficient and maintainable scripts using JavaScript, Glide, and other scripting languages to automate processes, enhance functionalities, and improve user experience.

Design and implement user-friendly and responsive user interfaces, focusing on enhancing the overall ServiceNow user experience

ServiceNow Certified Administrator and Application Developer certification is required.

A minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer

Security and Compliance - Implement security best practices and manage user access.

Documentation and Knowledge Sharing - Maintain comprehensive documentation and share insights.

5+ years experience as a ServiceNow Developer with successful implementations.

Experience with REST and SOAP APIs.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.

This is a remote role based out of Ottawa, Canada.

Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is preferred.

Agile Scrum experience and Scrum Master certification is desirable

Manage the scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, changes, resourcing, and other project functions

Facilitate solution workshops and assist the client with product requirements

7+ years’ experience in a professional services organization with consulting experience

2+ years experience in ServiceNow consulting

Bachelor’s degree2 years of ServiceNow experience at least as administrator or developer

Minimum 2 years of experience with IT Operations or ServiceNow implementations

Must Have Primary Skills :

minimum 2 years of experience with IT Operations or ServiceNow implementations

Coordinate with the project and IT teams and manage deployments across production and sub-production instances

Manage and monitor platform performance and security including MID server and integrations deployment

9+ years of relevant work experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field)

Expertise in ServiceNow CMDB and discovery process.

Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

The Consultant should have the following qualifications and skills:

A minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated experience as a developer for ServiceNow implementations

Demonstrated experience with different ServiceNow module (including, but not limited to ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, SAM Pro, HR, SecOps)

Demonstrated experience working and leading discussions with a poad set of stakeholders

University degree or college diploma in business, public administration, statistics or a related field

Demonstrated ability to use data and information to inform problem solving in relation to building systems and infrastructure

Minimum Twelve (12) years of experience in Program Management, Delivery Management, and Team Management

Advanced understanding of multiple ServiceNow Offering like ITSM, ITBM, HRSD, GRC etc and experience in their implementation.

Knowledge of security concepts and best practices; familiarity with Active Directory (ADFS 2.0, Open ID and JWT)

- Working knowledge of the ServiceNow Agile Test Management module (1+ years)

- Experience writing test cases from use cases, non-functional requirements and design documents (8+ years)

- ServiceNow Administration certification and experience as an administrator (6+ years)

Participate in analysis of ministry requirements and assist in bringing consistent testing strategy

Lead, coach and project manage more junior solution testers.

Review, evaluate and provide test input during business requirements and design specifications gathering sessions.
