Manage requirements and development work, specific to Salesforce Commerce Cloud

Strong attention to detail and project management

Strong knowledge and experience with build tools like gulp and Bamboo

Collaborate with the other managers on the Digital Business team to drive process improvements, such as lean development and CI/CD

3 + years of certified experience as developer for Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform; preferably on SFRA platform

Requires experience developing enterprise level, cross functional projects

Some project management experience is an asset

Very strong communications skills, with direct experience writing documentation for and distilling complex concepts into simple messages

Strong meeting facilitation, negotiation, and coordination skills

Develop system roadmaps for the target state for our products and services, and present these to the leadership team

Responsible for Proof-of-Concepts involving Salesforce technologies

In-depth knowledge of key processes in industry-specific solutions (e.g. rate, quote, underwrite, Premium, Claim and Policy management)

Project management tools and best practices

Effective in understanding business needs and distilling the information into business and technical requirements

You will have 8+ years of experience of working on deployment teams, ideally using Agile development techniques

Salesforce - You will have direct experience in working with Salesforce (at an Admin level, minimum)

· Develop responsive email templates with extensive knowledge of AMPscript and Guide Template language

· Stay current with latest SFMC capabilities roadmaps, updates, and developer communities

· Create and update documented knowledge bases around technical automation processes and patterns

· Expert-level knowledge of SQL and a very good understanding of SFMC’s Contact Data Model

· Experience building responsive landing pages with HTML, CSS, Typescript, and Angular 11+

· Knowledge of SFMC is required

Post-Secondary education in Business or Related Discipline.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Consumer Packaged Goods industry in a comparable position.

Experience developing and implementing commercial playbooks for Pure Play and Click-to-Mortar customers.

Extensive experience in optimization of conversion tactics and increasing visibility across platforms.

Strong interpersonal skills, able to independently lead & motivate internal cross-functional teams.

Demonstrated experience meeting defining expectations and meeting objectives in a complex, changing environment.
