Any form of experience/skillset pertaining to project management is a plus

Resolve Cisco UC Manager 10.x VOIP client business problems through research, installation and customization, network administration, and network management support

3-5 years of experience in a related position, such as but not limited to Network Engineer, Database Administrator, Field Technician, etc

Preferred knowlege of or experience with Avaya PBX

Preferred knowlege of or experience with ITIL

Preferred knowlege of or experience with T1/E1 PRI and SIP trunking

You have the ability to prioritize and self-manage (key skills when working remotely!)

Work with product, UX/UI and development teams to collect software requirements and to update test cases

Experience with CSS and JS libraries such as TailwindCSS, TurboJS, StimulusJS, ReactJS, or equivalent libraries.

You enjoy working in small, remote teams

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal

You have experience designing and implementing automated test suites for complex applications.

You have experience with Microservices and Architecture.

4+ years of experience working in Ruby on Rails / Security

Experience building features at a high-growth SaaS company

Implementing security features and security improvements with the customer experience in mind

Sharing security findings and new developments internally for ongoing education

Up to $1,000 annually for third-party education, along with paid time off to immerse yourself in learning

6+ years of professional experience using Ruby/Ruby on Rails (8+)

Knowledge of PostgreSQL/Linux Server administration

Have to be able to travel to Sarnia, Ontario 1-2 days a week

B.S. in Computer Science or related field
