• Manage multiple projects, project resources and project governance.

• Develop, as required, related requirements documentation.

• Provide guidance to project resources in establishing work priorities and prompt delivery of project tasks.

10 years of related Project Management experience

Experience in a client-facing Project Management role

Manage the planning, requirements, design, construction, testing, and maintenance of application modernization projects across a wide range of technology platforms.

Provide management with project status reports based on progress details extracted from the NTT Data Transformation Manager tool suite.

Manage engagement scope and client expectations.

Manage the creation of deliverables defined by the Roadmap, Portfolio Assessment, Business Rules Extraction and Re-Architecture methodologies.

· Experience developing business cases and presenting them to senior management for approval.

· Experience with business process management and business capability models.

· Identify the skills and resources, and process evolution, required to scale technology capabilities.

The role will have the following important responsibilities:

· Evolve core application platforms with a particular focus on cloud adoption and new business capabilities

· Extensive application modernization experience and public cloud adoption

Highly motivated individual, with demonstrated outstanding people management, leadership and coaching skills

Good knowledge of human resources management principles

Establish process and provides mentoring to team members to ensure they have proper knowledge and training to perform their responsibilities

Manage and provide leadership for the development team / Center of Excellence

Define and manage team structure and roles to properly support our platform modernization journey

Manage the team's objectives, performance, development, training, and employee relations issues

Enterprise-level Software Delivery and Release Management practices experience is an asset.

Leverage your Public Cloud experience to determine the best Architecture while taking into consideration technical, business and cost requirements.

Strongly skilled at MVP ideation and delivery.

Demonstrable experience architecting and implementing public cloud application solutions on Azure. Experience with AWS or GCP is a bonus.

Knowledge and experience around security and infrastructure requirements for app deployment.

Time management is critical as you work efficiently across various clients, projects and industries with varying scopes and complexity simultaneously.

Possess in-depth knowledge of technology, architecture frameworks, and enterprise architecture tools; hands-on experience with various data systems, platforms, and architecture.

Design and management of modern cloud solutions, such as serverless designs, App integration solutions using cloud, and modernization through containerization

Knowledge and experience in concepts of the Microservices design patterns, ORM, multi-tier applications, modern workflows, and application integration through messaging systems

Minimum of 3 years of experience in consulting or cloud solution delivery.

One or more years of experience consulting organization(s) to achieve outcomes that impact service delivery and related digital products.

Experience managing a portfolio of clients in a customer service environment.
