Senior Principal Software Engineer key responsibilities

Previous leadership or management experience

10+ years of relevant work experience in human resources, business, or finance related consulting

Deep experience with the software development lifecycle; ability to adjust and apply this knowledge in a dynamic environment using agile methodologies.

12+ years of experience leading large scale, enterprise product programs.

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with a history of hands-on, detail orientation.
