Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supply chain planning role

APICS certification is an asset

ERP system knowledge is an asset

Basic Qualifications (required skills and experience):

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, other technical computing or business discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Proactively advising customers of new capabilities that can help them support their company’s workforce objectives.

Communicate with customer and internal stakeholders (including executives) ensuring that developed solutions are aligned with the requirements.

3+ years of experience in a manpower planner capacity.

Skill and ability to collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data; summarize findings; develop conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources.

Experience in supporting planning, policy or performance management using qualitative and quantitative data

Skilled in project management, with strong organizational and time management skills

Knowledge and experience in leading data collection, data analysis, methodology development, modeling (e.g. forecasting models, scenario planning) is required

Develop a deep understanding of commercial contracts and operating/maintenance costs, ensuring planning tools can accommodate requests for various scenario analysis.

Plan, execute and lead finance and performance management (F&PM) analytical activities under the guidance of the Planning and Performance Division Head.

The candidate must have experience using business intelligence tools for performance analysis, assessment, and reporting.

The candidate should have experience in financial (IFRS) reporting, business planning and budgeting, and business case preparation.

Generate analytical findings and recommendations independently or collaboratively across the scope of objectives and deliverables of the organization.

Develop and maintain partnerships with business/operational counterparts in BO&FL within assigned areas and participate in cross-functional, cross-organizational teams.

Support planning, reporting, and forecasting activities and initiatives of the organization in coordination with business representatives and commercial analysts.
