The Qualifications We Are Looking For

Project management and strong communication skills; and

Create, adapt and/or modify management reports related to budgets, forecasting or operations;

Generate charts or graphs to be included in management presentations; and

SAP/BW experience and knowledge, an asset;

Five (5) years of experience in a similar position, ideally in the retail business;

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;

Collaborate with brand management on various projects to ensure cohesive strategies and consistent implementation.

Proficient in computer skills, with advanced knowledge of Excel.

Strong analytical skills to interpret research data and apply mathematical techniques to practical situations.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate clear and concise information exchange.

Forecast and monitor sales and inventory needs for all categories across different distribution channels (Retail, ECOMM, Wholesale).

Conduct thorough product analysis to gain valuable insights into merchandise performance.

Strong technical skills including advanced knowledge of Excel and overall database management.

Assist in monitoring cash flows and perform cash management-related tasks.

Minimum of three years of qualified Accounting and Finance experience.

Strong organizational skills – ability to manage multiple priorities and the ability to plan to meet deadlines with efficiency and accuracy.

Assist V.P Finance and V.P Business Development in ad hoc strategic opportunities assessment.

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in finance and/or Accounting (CPA designation, an asset).

A minimum of two (2) years experience in a related field;

Experience in product or retail environment is a definite asset;

Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills;

Knowledge of MS Office is required with proven Excel ability; and

Knowledge of SAP, an asset.

Execute the purchasing of inventory at the SKU level;

Completion of post-secondary studies in Business Administration and Financial Management from a university-level institution.

Advanced proficiency in creating PowerPoint presentations for senior management.

3+ years of experience in a manpower planner capacity.

Skill and ability to collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data; summarize findings; develop conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources.
