Good interpretation, qualitative and quantitative analysis skills with an ability to simplify and concisely convey messages;

Experience with intellectual property (IP) safeguarding Pembina’s and the team’s interests and ability to operate is considered an asset;

Strong knowledge of Smartsheet and SharePoint project management tools

Experience supporting new store openings and/or renovations/relocations

Ability to organize, set priorities, and manage multiple projects on tight deadlines

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Product Management, Operations Management, or related field.

Maintain knowledge of key systems (CAO, FIM, ISP/POS, Kronos, etc.) in all applicable banners in order to properly analyze data

Share knowledge with other team members to maximize overall team effectiveness in supporting change and usage of key systems

Work closely with Operations and Retail teams to understand their needs, challenges, and requirements related to store processes and support.

Practical understanding of change management or project management or process optimization

Organized multi-tasker with strong analytical skills

Develop plans and execute process optimization strategies and tactics

Document practices in accordance with SAFe and discipline expectations

Develop appropriate metrics for assessment

Build understanding of current and future states

Electrical Engineering Technologist, Trades certification or equivalent

3 to 5 years’ experience in related industrial environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills.

Advanced computer skills i.e. Autocad, MS Word and Excel

Good working knowledge of sawmill and planer mill equipment

Knowledge of Data Base management.

Maintains current vacancy and transfer lists, and staffs in conjunction with operational requirements and the respective collective agreements.

1-3 years of related work experience is required.

Knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook).

Knowledge of CUPW collective agreement and staffing process.

Effective interpersonal skills with operations community.

3-5 years of experience in a Web Optimization or Digital Marketing role.

Practical knowledge of Shopify’s eCommerce platform.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, and be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Skills with HTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript are an asset.

Organizing and interpreting performance data to identify actionable insights and recommendations on website improvements and further testing.

Managing internal or external web development team(s) to implement web improvements.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects with varying timelines and scopes simultaneously; including ability to plan, budget and manage project execution.

Deep understanding of end-to-end business processes, including some working knowledge of distribution, logistics, and trade compliance networks

Strong analytical skills with ability to lead and conduct complex network modeling and financial analysis.

Strong experience with MS Powerpoint, Excel, Word necessary. Experience with Power BI, SQL and JIRA preferred.

Excellent spoken and written communication skills (verbal and non-verbal)

5+ years' experience working specifically in CRO and Analytics

Copywriting skills, particularly the ability to write compelling value propositions

Hands-on experience with any conversion optimization testing tools such as LiveBall, Optimizely, SiteSpect, Test & Target, Optimizely, Unbounce

Ability to manage multiple projects with rapidly changing variables and eager to take end-to-end ownership with little supervision

Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
