-Demonstrated hands-on practical knowledge in a photonics test development environment.

-Must maintain up-to-date knowledge in deployable test technologies as a continuous improvement of core competency.

-Minimum 3-4 years industry experience in a test development environment

Wafer-Level PIC Test, Die-Level PIC Test, Laser-Die Test

Optical-Engine Calibration & Functional Test

In-Circuit test (ICT) and Manufacturing Defect Analyzer (MDA)

Education Qualification and Certification Requirements

Ensures security compliance through patching, encryption, configuration management, energy management, remote device management, and reporting/visibility.

Develops team vision to drive new capabilities against a published roadmap, in conjunction with management.

Develop scripts and automation tools to improve the efficiency and reliability of Windows Virtual Desktop deployments and management.

Working knowledge and hands on experience in Microsoft Intune, Active Directory, Amazon AWS, Azure Virtual Desktop, Power BI, Windows 10.

Experience with ServiceNow or other ticketing systems.

Excellent communication, critical thinking, and relationship management skills.

Knowledge and experience working with HR applications would be considered an asset.

Experience developing using the Workday would be a benefit.

Eight (8+) years of experience in systems engineering, manufacturing engineering, and/or project engineering are required.

Familiarity with mission-critical software, Matlab/Simulink, and computer-aided design tools would also be a benefit.

5+ years experience with C/C++

A bit of experience with Rust, Java, or Python wouldn’t hurt

Deep experience developing for Android/Linux (Android Internals, AOSP)

Experience with one or more of network (socket) programming, OpenGL ES, or Linux device driver programming

In addition to the ability to work at the level of the OS on Android/Linux, these technologies are highly desirable:

LXC containers, WASM, WebGL, WebGPU, WebRTC, AWS

Experience/knowledge in radio communication systems, radio propagation, RF, wireless or broadband/LTE

Experience, good understanding, and working knowledge in IP networking, network design methodologies & troubleshooting (Ethernet, TCP/IP, L2/L3, MPLS)

Previous knowledge and experience working with Juniper, Aviat, Cisco, Nokia.

Experience/knowledge in RF model and propagation

6+ years of Systems Engineering or Wireless Communications experience

Certifications through CompTIA Network+, Juniper JNCIA-Junos, Nokia NRS1, CCNA or similar

5-10 years of Requirements Management experience

Development and configuration management of Statement of Work (SOW) requirements

Experience with requirements engineering databases and scripting (such as DOORS)

Working with BMT’s engineering teams to support the delivery of requirements and Systems Engineering services

Supporting the Systems Engineering team with requirements engineering activities such as elicitation, definition, specification, analysis, verification, and validation

Delivery of Requirements to commercial and government customers.
