Supporting the store management team in the delivery of consistent and high quality customer service for both internal and external customers

High School education or equivalent experience

Ensuring that operations, clerical and office activities are well managed, in addition to presenting information on communication boards

Minimum 1 to 2 years relevant experience; retail or service industry experience is preferred

Excellent problem solving and communication skills including verbal, written and active listening

Participates in mission technical risk management, integration, verification and validation at the Mission Level;

Provide sound technical guidance to upper management and new business; and

Undergraduate degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Math, Physics, or a combination of related education and experience;

Experience in SAR remote sensing, including system design, operation, applications/exploitation and/or calibration;

Experience in different types of engineering life cycles as applicable from large complex programs to software development;

Possess excellent problem solving skills;

Comprehensive knowledge in contract management, and cost/benefit analysis.

Develops and maintains a general knowledge of pertinent service provider contracts, particularly of service performance requirements.

Initiatives being lead will comply with BISS project management processes with an emphasis on timely completion to the schedule commitment.

Demonstrated leadership ability and highly develops interpersonal and communication skills.

Broad knowledge of health facility support service operations.

Extensive experience in managing partner/service provider relationships.

Assesses resident education needs and provides relevant information to the resident care team regarding activities and treatment programs.

Participates in developing resident care plans through selection of scientifically appropriate physiotherapy procedures and techniques to meet resident needs.

Documents observations and evaluates therapeutic treatments on the Health Record.

Reports changes in resident's condition to the care team.

Participates in the development, implementation and evaluation of professional standards and pratices through Professional Practice Committees, as appropriate.

Participates in committees pertaining to clinical role.
