The successful candidate should have the following skills/experience:

·5 to 10 years of relevant experience

·Strong knowledge of the National Building Code and Manitoba Building Code

Manage time and resources for priority jobs without delaying planned projects.

Listing Proponent Requirements: Understand the Proponent's Requirements - Functions, activities, preferences, budget, timeline, priorities.

Study budgetary estimates that fit the proponent's requirements.

15 years' design experience in an architectural office

Schedule start and end dates in coordination with Engineering Support Group.

Fill up a form prior to visiting the facility and taking pictures.

• Experience time management, decision-making, problem solving, presentation, documentation skills.

• 12+ years of IT experience including experience in insurance/financial domain

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Experience in applying software development methodologies (SDLC, Agile).

• Experience in Git, Stash, Jenkins, Artifactory, Maven, Spring, SonarQube

• Experience in implementing REST and SOAP Security using WS-Security, X.509, Tokens, etc

Comprehensive experience in preparation of construction documentation, end to end project coordination/management in municipal, commercial and private sector projects.

End to end project coordination/management of a diversity of projects.

If you happen to have previous experience in or knowledge of Parametric Design, it will be considered an asset

Utilize strong communication skills, both visually and written, to convey ideas.

Manage project workflows and oversee internal productions.

Ensure project deliverables comply with local standards and contract requirements.

Self-motivation and strong time management and organizational skills

Strong communications (verbal and written) skills and solid technical writing experience

Formulating and defining systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and business systems, Mainframe technical, and industry requirements

Understanding of and experience with the banking industry

Experience working in the mainframe COBOL environment

Experience working in agile framework
