Senior Machine Learning Scientist Jobs

Minimum eight (8) years’ experience working in an Operations Research/ Machine Learning environment

3-5+ years of experience leading and delivering enterprise-scale operations research/ML projects and facilitating collaboration across teams

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, along with experience using machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)

Solid knowledge of statistical analysis and experimental design to evaluate model and algorithm performance effectively

Recent experience with distillation of NLP tasks from larger models to task specific smaller models is an asset

Effective communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience in translating complex analysis results to a non-technical audience

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities and insights through personalized user experiences and targeted marketing initiatives

Previous experience in machine learning, data science, or a related field, specifically in a marketing or growth context

Experience with marketing analytics & audience building, Large Language Models, propensity modeling, reinforcement learning, bandit algorithms, and/or personalized marketing algorithms

Extensive experience (5+ years) in machine learning, data science, or a related field, specifically in a marketing or growth context

Develop and implement machine learning models for user conversion optimization, personalization, propensity modeling, and next best action recommendations

Autonomous driving R&D experience. Leadership or management experience with a R&D team for proof-of-concept deliveries.

At least 10 years of in-depth hands-on working experience in Python, C/C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, MXNet, Keras, etc.

Proven experience of translating ideas into research prototypes quickly.

What you'll bring to the team:

Develop cutting-edge reinforcement learning and deep learning algorithms for behavioral planning, motion planning, and motion control.

Be comfortable working in a fully-remote environment

Experience designing, training, and evaluating supervised and unsupervised models using popular ML frameworks

Working knowledge of deep learning and clustering algorithms

Experience with writing and running tests (unit tests, integration tests, regression tests)

5+ years working experience in optimizing deep learning algorithms and/or their applications to NLP/Multimodal/Speech/CV/

Experience with distributed model training (DeepSpeed, Megatron, Colossal-AI, Horovod, etc)

Team leader experience in AI industry is an asset

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documentation and presentation

Lead a team in research of algorithms on accelerating the training of the market-driven AI models, reaching/exceeding the state-of-the-art performance

Plan project and technology roadmap

Experience using SQL/NoSQL and knowledge in database management.

3+ years of relevant industry experience with developing machine learning models.

Detailed knowledge of advanced statistics, probability, and of supervised, semi/self-supervised and unsupervised learning.

Experience in designing end-to-end machine learning systems

Demonstrated knowledge of algorithms and data structures

Previous experience as a Tech Lead or experience in a similar role.

8+ years of experience in product management, with 2+ years of experience with automation experience

Define product requirements and manage delivery of core workflows for automation and machine learning

Engage with stakeholders and actors utilizing current systems to gather requirements and drive adoption of future state products

Intake, prioritize and manage the backlog for multiple products and stakeholders

Manage working relationships across multiple liquidity engineering and product teams that rely on this platform to deliver for our customers

Lead the full cycle of product development and rollout — from requirements gathering and prioritization, to design and oversight of implementation

This role is flexible in that you can work from home.

• Thorough troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills

• Strong C, C++ coding skills, along with Python, C# and Java

• Azure, AWS cloud development experience

Experience in one or more of these areas desirable

4+ years' experience implementing a variety of ML methods with a focus in a specialization such as computer vision or robotics

2+ years' experience implementing and deploying (dexterous) robotic manipulation tasks in simulation and on physical robots

Experience in simulation-to-reality transfer learning

Experience taking ML R&D and trained models into production

Hands-on experience integrating ML models onto a robotics platform

Knowledge of SQL or similar database management systems.

Knowledge of advanced data techniques, including data modeling, data access, data integration, data visualization, databases, database design, and data management.

Strong knowledge and experience in Machine Learning, Data Science, and Generative AI.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions.

3-5 years of industry experience as a Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer.

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.

5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on machine learning or AI-related products.

Develop a deep understanding of our discovery team's needs and workflows, and translate them into clear requirements and product roadmap.

Past experience building and managing machine learning platforms or similar products.

Knowledgeable and passionate about generative AI and deep learning technologies.

Skilled at analyzing complex, large-scale data sets and making decisions based on data.

Technical experience with analytical tools, methodologies, and design.

PhD in Computer Science or related quantitative field or the equivalent practical experience.

2+ years of hands-on experience applying modern machine learning methods to solve real-world problems.

Extensive experience using modern technologies to accelerate machine learning (e.g. PyTorch, TensorFlow/Keras, Horovod, etc)
