Relevant combination of education and experience, Lean Six Sigma certification preferred

1+ years of experience coaching, training and/or mentoring others through Lean practices

Experience in the construction industry an asset

Critical thinking skills to recognize assumptions, evaluate arguments, draw conclusions, and proactively propose solutions

Act as a coach and mentor to operational teams, fostering respect for people and promoting a humble approach to problem-solving.

Collaborate with the Lean Coach to sustain a Lean culture across various projects with a shared Lean vision and strategy.

Key technical leader for improvement opportunities. Working with team to support analyzing data, change management, project management and project implementation

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and a minimum of 3 years of prior experience in continuous improvement

Experienced in working with cross-organizational teams.

Drive and support cost reduction, productivity improvement and Safety/Quality improvements for the site (utilizing PDCA, LSS, lean methodologies.).

Support the site team to achieve targeted sustainability goals using CI tools

Experience with programming, scripting, version management systems (bash scripts, python, Ansible)

Support and evolve CI/CD tools, integration, operations, change management (GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, etc.)

Support and evolve artifact management and pipeline configuration management

3-5+ years experience in CI/CD engineering with different skill set

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, ability to research and investigate complex problems

Support and evolve full automation of CI/CD software delivery pipeline, testing and results reporting

Strong organizational and project management skills a must

Lead client relationship in a Project Management and CI perspective

Demonstrated leadership skills and presence; experience leading a team of at least 10 direct reports

Director, Project Management & Continuous Improvement

Lean six sigma certification is an asset

Retail or healthcare experience an asset

Strong project management skills and experience leading large-scale Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives

Assist in the development and management of the budget for lean and continuous improvement activities.

Participate in the development and delivery of training programs to build Lean and Continuous Improvement capabilities across the organization.

6+ years of experience in Lean and Continuous Improvement, including a track record of successful project delivery and organizational transformation

Strong leadership and coaching skills

Experience with Continuous Improvement methodologies and tools, such as Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Root Cause Analysis
