Experience in community relations and event management

Five (5) or more years’ experience in communications, promotion or marketing

Demonstrated superior communication, writing and editing skills in French; intermediate level in English

Demonstrated traditional and social media marketing experience as well as SEM experience (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, Google, etc.)

Experience with social analytics and reporting

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications

Requires in-depth knowledge and industry experience of current qualitative and quantitative market research methodologies.

Conduct and manage quantitative and qualitative research initiatives for CBC English Services.

Knowledge of the media landscape, in general, and of CBC, in particular.

Advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills, Google docs, slides and sheets.

Experience using large syndicated data sources (vividata, Numeris, Comscore, Environics Analytics Prizm, etc.).

Knowledge and experience in project management methodology (e.g. PMBOK), digital service design and delivery and agile methodologies;

Extensive project management experience in leading and managing large, complex product/service delivery and/or solution implementation projects;

Applies project management methodologies for initiation, planning, execution, tracking change control, and close-out.

Oversees all aspects of project management including: scope, cost, schedule, issues, risks, procurement, change management, and contractual deliverables.

Experience helping teams to manage outcomes, prioritize work and work to agreed minimum viable product (MVP) scope;

Masters Certificate in Project Management;
