Senior Financial Consolidation Analyst Jobs

8 – 10 years of progressive experience in finance/accounting (some accounting firm experience preferred)

Supporting teams in the completion of local external reporting and compliance requirements,

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.

Experience preparing external financial statements.

Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

Senior Manager of Reporting and Consolidation

Leads change management programs of varying scope and type, including readiness assessments, planning, execution, evaluation and sustainment of initiatives.

Recommends and implements financial management solutions based on analysis of issues and implications for the business.

Manages resources and leads the execution of strategic initiatives to deliver on business and financial goals.

Recommends business priorities, advises on resource requirements and develops roadmap for strategic execution.

Lead and/or support the implementation of new and/or revised accounting or reporting requirements.

CPA with 10 years of experience with public companies and/or audit firms

Strong IFRS accounting expertise and consolidation knowledge in a multi-currency, multi-site environment

Solid understanding of consolidation workflows, tools, and controls with, ideally, a system implementation or major upgrade project experience

Experience with OneStream and Workiva a plus

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English

Participate in the accounting for complex transactions and understand associated implications on various financial reporting requirements.

Collaboratively work with members of the Finance Department and other Northland Departments to improve workflow, controls, documentation, and processes.

Accounting designation (CPA or equivalent) and 8+ years of progressive work experience

A combination of experience in public practice coming from a Big 4 firm plus 5+ years in industry is preferred.

In-depth/solid knowledge of multiple entities, multi-currency consolidations and eliminations.

Coordinate, plan, and execute all external financial statement audits and assist in the preparation/review of the Company’s quarterly and annual MD&A.
