Senior Feature Production Finance Analyst Jobs

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business highly preferred.

Minimum 3-5 years of related of related FP&A or financial reporting experience; Retail or CPG industry experience preferred.

Strong modelling skills and high degree of comfort with financial systems, preferably SAP Business Objects and Anaplan.

Experience with complex accounting principles and financial statements.

Strong time management skills, with the ability to perform effectively under tight deadlines with multiple priorities

Navigate complex risk management projects and activities with a continuous improvement mindset

An alternative combination of education and experience may be considered

Successfully completed an undergraduate degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or Business

Ten (10)+ years of related, progressive experience

Complete counterparty financial statement analysis and assessments which includes: researching, gathering / reviewing information, and recommending/approving counterparty exposure limits

Preparation of monthly journal entries

Preparation of monthly contract accruals

Record and analyze utility costs

Preparation of monthly financial results slide check

Preparation of actuals vs budget slide deck at portfolio level

Support of sourcing budgets and forecast

Demonstrate capability to apply relevant knowledge and technical skills to ensure the adherence to financial reporting practices, policies and accounting standards.

Producing monthly account reconciliations and preparing quarterly collaborative reporting for Corporate Finance.

A Post-Secondary Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting.

Minimum 4-6 years of directly related and progressively responsible professional accounting experience is required.

A keen attention to detail, results-oriented demeanor and excellent planning and organizational skills.

Advanced Microsoft Office skills, specifically in Excel for financial analysis and reporting.

VFX/Animation industry knowledge is an asset, but not required

Excellent communication, organizational and presentation skills
