University degree in Finance or Business Administration and/or equivalent experience.

Facilities Management Certificate would be an asset.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential; knowledge of other languages would be an asset.

Manages operations in accordance with all applicable legislation and regulations and policies.

Works with Finance to ensure that payments to contractors and vendors are in accordance with procurement contracts.

You will be involved as a senior leader in helping to manage and consult top regional clients.

You will also be comfortable advising smaller clients and helping the junior team manage client expectations and generate compelling results.

Extensive experience working with directors of communications and/or strategy for government clients.

Our client will offer relocation support.

The level of position is open but requires someone with approximately 8 - 15 years+ experience.

A minimum of 12+ years experience in Communications, preferably in PR, Corporate, Internal Communications,
