2+ years of software test engineering or relevant QA experience

You are a critical thinker, and a strong communicator with good interpersonal skills while being flexible and adaptable to change

Strong working knowledge of Excel, source control and document collaboration tools

Strong organizational and communication skills

8+ years of overall years of experience is required.

Should have good experience in automation testing (Selenium).

Experience writing user stories for business requirements

Experience with technical writing: Test plans, Test scenarios, Test cases and Test strategy

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Has experience in Waterfall and Agile methodologies

Selenium Automation testing experience is preferred

Experience on ETL and Database testing

Good communication and negotiation skills in order to build consensus and obtain cooperation from business users, development and senior management

Delivery and management of highly complex regulatory technology program which consist of multiple phases for multiple business partners and stakeholders

10+ years of experience in IT and business/industry work experience and leading end-to-end IT development cycle
