Senior Cloud Operations Infrastructure Administrator Jobs

Participate in design and production readiness reviews, platform management and capacity planning ceremonies with cross-functional teams

5+ years experience working on teams responsible for software development, automation and systems engineering

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or relevant discipline

Experience operating large scale infrastructure in public cloud environments, such as AWS, Google Cloud or Microsoft Azure

Experience operating and monitoring Kubernetes and Envoy Proxy in large Production environment

Experience with distributed storage technologies such as S3, RDS, DynamoDB, Aurora and distributed configuration systems such as Zookeeper and etcd

Designing, developing, maintaining and supporting Cloud Infrastructure with high availability and disaster recovery capabilities that meet business continuity requirements

Mentor and provide knowledge of best practices to developers and analysts on software development.

Strong interpersonal and oral/written/presentation skills

Demonstrated experience in Software development, as a Technical Lead, Senior Software Engineer, Project leader

Build end-to-end data solutions using Azure, SQL and other tools in the cloud.

Implement and maintain Data Platform and Data Reliability Platform

Strong problem resolution, analytical, time management and organizational skills

Support good cost management and decommissioning efforts

Manage and drive resolution / mitigation for known issues and risks

Work with third party vendors to manage SAAS items (salesforce, GuideWire)

2+ years of Cloud experience on any of the major Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Has experienced knowledge of relevant cloud technologies, technical systems & tooling.

Designs, conducts POCs, tests, implements and deploys Global Hosting and Cloud solutions based on architecture requirements.

Global Hosting and Cloud Infrastructure design and security infrastructure with key stakeholders and Global Hosting Manager

Over 8 Years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure Engineering

Can act as a project manager for delivering Global Hosting and Cloud-based solutions.

Ensuring adherence to PCI and security best practices, including vulnerability management, system hardening, and patch management;

3+ years of experience working with cloud infrastructure, specifically AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform;

Strong knowledge of on-premise infrastructure and hybrid cloud environments;

Experience with monitoring tools, specifically Datadog and New Relic;

Solid understanding of DevOps principles and experience implementing CI/CD pipelines;

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team;

Experience with Windows patch management and anti-virus technologies (preferablyCrowdStrike, WSUS, Intune)

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Microsoft Operating Systems and services (Windows

Server 2016-2019), Active Directory (DNS, DHCP, GPO, etc.), Azure Active Directory (Enterprise Applications, Conditional Access) and Intune (Device and Application Management).

Microsoft 365 Administration (Portal for management, Teams, Exchange, etc.).

• PMP Certification or Project Experience

Strong knowledge and business acumen of new accounts and understanding the process of onboarding new accounts;

Identifying different types of accounts and updating the accounts accordingly based on regulatory requirements;

Provide assistance to IA’s and their assistants in terms of documentation requirements when processing rejections for incomplete documentation;

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills

Knowledge of Dataphile and INFORM onboarding system

Previous experience with malware and anti-virus management systems (Crowd Strike, Windows Defender security center).

Experience with Windows patch management and anti-virus technologies (preferably CrowdStrike, WSUS, Intune)

PowerShell scripting experience for Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Azure Services, Exchange Management and Microsoft 365)

Experience managing devices with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) for Windows OS and Apple iOS

Daily management and tracking of IT alerts and data backup.

Integrate third party solutions into Fengate’s existing and new environments (SSO, log management, vulnerability management).

Experience chef, puppet or other automated configuration management systems

Develop professional and technical knowledge and skills. Provide technical advice and mentoring within the team.

Excellent knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure and experience with Azure

General infrastructure skills and knowledge of Microsoft Server products such as Exchange are also desirable
