Senior Cloud Operations Analyst Jobs

Experience with SOC Type 2 Certification requirements and maintenance

AWS Certification and 3+ years practical experience working in AWS Cloud environment

3+ years of customer care experience in a technical support role

Ensure consistent adherence to Change Management process with the objective of zero incidents resulting from change.

Establish and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders across the organization, including senior management, development teams, and operations teams.

Own execution of operational processes, namely Change, Incident, Release, Problem, and Service Management.

Knowledge and experience with commonly used security and operational frameworks (e.g. ISO, SOC, PCI, etc) is an asset

Through the regional team leads, manage a global team of Cloud Operations engineers, ensuring their productivity and efficiency.

Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements in cloud operations.

You should demonstrate excellent prioritization and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and learn new programs/skills as required

Manage client relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery

Manage and develop a team of staff accountants/associates

Maintain proficiency with cloud accounting software, oversee and monitor engagement quality, and manage workload allocation

You should have at least 5 years of experience in accounting, with emphasis on reporting

You should have previous experience in full-cycle bookkeeping for various clients across various different industries

3-5 years experience in Release management, Capacity management

Lifecycle Management & Knowledge Management

Strong technical & analytical skills in troubleshooting and correlating information. Previous system administrator or IT operational support experience

Experience in IT operational support including being involved in incidents, changes, and root cause investigations

Excellent ability to liaise with business users, IT personnel, and vendors gathering requirements and delivering solutions

5-7 years in an IT operational capacity w/ hands-on experience in application or infrastructure troubleshooting

You will maintain positive and professional working relationships with investment managers, clients and other Citco offices.

You have a Professional Accounting/Finance designation as this will be considered an asset (CFA, CPA).

You have Product knowledge, Domestic, Global and OTC security markets, Fixed Income and derivative product knowledge.

You have strong customer relationship skills.

You have knowledge of Hedge Funds.

You have ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines.

Experience managing multiple teams remotely

Experience managing high-scale DevOps initiatives

Hands-on Software Developer/Cloud Architect experience

Any previous experience with high-scale Mobile Applications an asset

Successful end-to-end Microservices transformation in production

Start-up background (including in early stafe startups that grew)

People management and team leadership experience

Experience with achieving SOC1, SOC2 attestation, as well as ITIL service management or similar frameworks

Own budget forecasting and cost management for our SaaS platform, driving increased efficiencies and cloud margin

Experience and knowledge of Operating Systems including Windows and Linux

Understand, define and measure Avanti’s service and goals, as they pertain to cloud platform capabilities

Proven experience driving and project managing innovative technical transformation programs

3-5 years experience in Information Technology, Infrastructure, Risk Management, Software Development, Project Management, and/or Business/Finance.

Hands-on experience and exposure to technology compliance & risk management activities, principles and knowledge

Analyze user needs to determine technical requirements, collaborate and include inputs from cross-functional teams

Inquisitive mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and drive to learn

Superior collaboration & communication skills

Experience working in a professional, deadline driven environment an asset
