Senior Care Representative Team Lead Jobs

Experience in supervision, budget management, report preparation, and client relationship management;

Degree in Civil Engineering with 10+ years of related experience, preferably with Ontario Municipal Road and Provincial authorities;

Emphasis and proficiency with Microstation, OpenRoads, AutoCAD, Civil 3D. Experience with earlier versions of Microstation and InRoads will be considered;

Knowledge of cash management products and services – Expert.

Seasoned professional with a combination of education, experience and industry knowledge.

Addresses escalated issues related to client & relationship management issues.

Gathers and assesses the competitive and market opportunities to identify strengths, opportunities, weaknesses, and threats relative to cash management.

Leads change management programs of varying scope and type, including readiness assessments, planning, stakeholder management, execution, evaluation, and sustainment of initiatives.

Plans, executes and fulfills cash management product solutions sales and services activities in alignment with standards.

Three (3) years previous related job experience required

Advanced knowledge of STAR Registration Program, Emergency Department Information System (EDIS), and Pathway Health Scheduling (PHS) programs

Knowledge of how C3 works and its interaction with outside departments

Grade 12 Diploma plus completion of a o ne-year post-secondary medical office assistant program or equivalent program required

Ability to stay calm in stressful situations

Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred
