Provide general home repair and remodeling work for and the surrounding area.

Secondary School education is required.

5+ years of field experience working on boilers, MUA's, RTU's and light duty refrigeration systems.

Valid Ozone Depletion Certificate. Knowledge of Canadian Electrical Code, Ontario Electrical Code, OH&S Regulations and other applicable codes.

Certificate of qualification (C of Q) as a Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Systems Mechanic (Ontario 313a).

Must have strong interpersonal and problem solving skills.

Must have outstanding customer service skills.

Experience working with a Computer Maintenance Management System and Electronic Work Order System.

Provide assistance to Community events and activities in regards to temporary electrical requirements

Minimum 3-5 years progressive experience in Commercial Building Maintenance is required

Experience working in a fast paced service oriented environment responding to multiple calls in a day

Experience reading and interpreting specifications and blueprint drawings is required

Respond to indoor and outdoor building repairs request for all City facilities and properties

Determines piping system requirements and pipe sizing.

Complies with all internal and external requirements including but not limited to environmental, health and safety, fire protection.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience required as a licensed Plumber

Current knowledge of fire, life, safety and building codes and standards and ability to research and apply related codes and standards

Effective communication skills for the purpose of data relay, exchange, feedback, and clarification

Mentoring skills required to support lower level technicians development

7+ years of compiler development experience including 4+ years of experience in LLVM with focus in auto-vectorization

M.S. or higher degree in Computer Science/Engineering (or equivalent experience)

Excellent hands-on C++ programming skills applied to industry standard C++ compilers

Good communication and documentation skills and self-motivated

You should have strong interpersonal skills and be capable of leading and influencing others in the organization

Work with SiFive’s LLVM compiler, library, and architecture teams to improve performance for SiFive CPUs and vector processors

Knowledge of asset management software package

Minimum of 3 years' experience in plant maintenance and reliability

Good knowledge of engineering standards and procedures

NZQA Level 4 Engineering Trade Certificate (or similar)

Limited Electrical Licence EST Certificate (desirable)

An appreciation of LEAN manufacturing principles preferred
