Five years of work experience in project/program management through all phases of the project lifecycle.
Experience working in a program management office is an asset.
Development and maintenance of Project Management Office (PMO) Toolkit, handbook, guides, and templates
Drives and promotes continuous improvement of client’s project management and project delivery methodologies by applying current trends and best practices
Facilitates or co-facilitates project management meetings like scope planning, resource planning, sprint planning and sizing exercises, and lessons learned
