Établir les contacts pour programmer des rencontres avec les différents intervenants (clients, avocats, parties adverses, etc.);

Préparer les procédures usuelles en litige dans le domaine de droit des assurances;

Transcrire des lettres presqu’exclusivement en français;

Gérer les délais litigieux, effectuer le calcul et l’inscription à l’agenda;

Gérer l’agenda des avocats et assurer un bon suivi des délais;

Vous verrez au bon fonctionnement des distributrices de produits hygiéniques;

Vous contacterez, dirigerez et informerez les sous-traitants relativement aux différentes réparations à être effectuées dans les locaux;

Vous transporterez et installerez les différents équipements et fournitures, selon les besoins;

Vous verrez aux besoins en produits de nettoyage et fournitures, et préparerez la liste d’achats;

2+ years experience managing paid search accounts with strong knowledge of Google and Bing Ads platforms

Experience doing keyword research, writing ad copy, and establishing bidding strategies to meet targets.

Experience with reporting tools - Google Analytics, Looker, Salesforce (nice to have), Hubspot (nice to have).

Experience with SEO and other paid channels (preferred not required).

Remote-first, In-person friendly work environment with WFH budget

Demonstrated success in optimizing campaigns and driving conversion through paid search channels

Proficiency with Google Ads and Bing Ads, including keyword research, bid management, ad copy creation, and reporting

2+ years of experience in search engine marketing, with a focus on Google Ads and Bing Ads

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to monitor campaign performance and identify areas for improvement

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients

Google Ads and Bing Ads certifications are preferred but not required.

Plan and execute successful search engine marketing campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads to achieve client goals and KPIs

Experience in the day-to-day management of paid search campaigns with a focus on long-term performance and improving cost efficiency

Experience with Shopping Feeds, Google Merchant Center & Feed Management Tools

Own SEM channel budgets and manage all day-to-day operations, from campaign strategy to execution, analysis, and reporting

Manage budgets across Google, Microsoft and others.

4+ years of experience across digital and advertising specific to Search Engine Marketing ideal

Experience working with large teams and stakeholders, both internal and external, across time zones and geographies
