Previous experience in clinical education is essential , demonstrated teaching abilities.

Minimum of three (3) years’ current (within the last five (5) years) clinical nursing experience in a related clinical area.

Program planning and evaluation experience is required.

Course in Adult Education preferred.

Advanced educational certificate/postgraduate course related to the clinical area required.

Successful completion of a CHIMA-recognized Health Information Management program preferred.

Two years of experience handling and releasing confidential patient information from hospital health records required.

Complete high school education, Manitoba standards, required.

Successful challenge of the CHIMA National Certification examination, with a valid CHIMA certificate, current active CHIMA membership preferred.

Preference will be given to those applicants competent in an Indigenous language and/or knowledge in Indigenous customs, traditions and values.

Typing/keyboarding skills (minimum 50 wpm) and medical terminology required (HSC test pass mark 75%).

Charger les programmes dans la CN de la machine (Via Gédix)

Charger les outils (déjà pré-règlés dans le chargeur outils)

Réaliser les opérations demandées en respectant scrupuleusement des instructions de travail

Renseigner dans le cadre d’un contrôle délégué les RM (Relevé de mesure)

Respecter le temps alloué (Temps gamme)

Demonstrated knowledge of health information systems and database management (Ex. Meditech, Quanum, Epic)

Certified with Canadian College of Health Information Management and must be an active member in good standing (If applicable)

Demonstrated excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Demonstrated excellent organizational skills and the ability for detail work

Graduate of a recognized Health information Program or equivalent

Able to perform patient chart research and data analysis, with the use of various computer software systems

Grade 12 Diploma, GED certificate or an equivalent amount of related education and experience.

Must have or be willing to obtain fork lift certification within one (1) year.

Working knowledge of the technical terminology required to conduct efficient business with customer clients.

Knowledge of Inventory Systems and Inventory Principles.

Knowledge of safe work practices/conditions.

Tractor and trailer knowledge is an asset

Knowledge of (AS/400, Excel and Lotus notes) an asset
