Scan products and process customer transactions accurately

Previous experience working in a heavy industrial environment,

Heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.)

Ability to pass pre-employment testing,

Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.),

Steel-toed, steel-soled Safety boots with non-slip sole,

Ability to speak, read and write English.

Completed post-secondary education at the degree/diploma or certificate level in a relevant field

Working knowledge and ability to troubleshoot issues with the following technologies:

Strong troubleshooting / problem-solving skills

Experience working in the service industry

Put the pedal to the metal and perform other duties as assigned by the management team

Shift gears and manage incoming calls and emails with speed and efficiency

Service the customer like a pro and assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and scanning documents

Put the customer in the driver's seat with customer service experience, such as working in retail or hospitality

Communicate like a high-performance engine with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Rev up the excitement by greeting clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner

Communicate openly with management about concerns regarding processes, equipment, software and/or employee issues and inventory needs

Has education or work experience in the Graphic Arts and/or Printing field

Complete special projects when assigned or given by the Production Manager or Team Lead

Strong mathematical and technical skills.

Has 1-2 years experience in the print industry
