Managed package review, installation, and maintenance

Knowledge of the following plugins an asset:

Demonstrated project management and organization skills

Experience with equity plan management software

Build and maintain customer aids that go beyond traditional documentation, such as online video, demos, and other educational techniques (preferred).

Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of technical writing experience or equivalent experience

Strong experience owning an end-to-end documentation creation process

Knowledge of HTML, XML, and related technologies 

2+ years of Web Development experience is required

Experience working on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience is an asset

Experience querying data using SQL

Experience with JavaScript and AmpScript

Prior experience with email marketing or digital marketing

Experience with both front-end and back-end technologies in a B2B or B2C web production environment

*MUST have verifiable Salesforce Certification

Develop applications on Salesforce.com, Force.com and related technologies –

Developing custom Force.com application development

Salesforce SOAP or REST API development

Development of web forms with Sales Cloud integration

from analysis and design through to implementation, testing and deployment

Minimum 5+ years of salesforce experience is required:

1.Must Hands on Coding Experience in Salesforce

2.Hands-on experience with Apex and Lightning is required

4. Experience in Vlocity Nice to have

5. A good understanding of OOPS

·Strong experience in supporting customers throughsales/service cloud implementations,deliverables, project management.

·Knowledge of theSalesforce.com capabilities (both functionaland technical) and integration capabilities

·Degree in a Computer Science, Business Administration, OR equivalent education/experience

·Skilled at providing maintenance, support, daily configuration, and improvement of database and integration.

·Adept at user documentation, application configuration, trainings, requirement gathering and be a subject matter expert

·Knowledge ofSalesforceLightningMigration is good to have

Good time management and organizational skills to effectively manage high-scale project

Gathers requirements from business units and translates those to programmers and developers

Prepares cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to aid in decisions on system implementation

Demonstrates an informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunities

5 + years’ Salesforce Development experience with a Minimum 1 Recent project with a Financial Services Cloud environment

Knowledge of Oracle Storage Procedures

Assist Product Owners in turning high-level business requirements into technical tasks and contribute to estimation

Work regular business hours remotely or onsite in Burnaby, BC
