Working knowledge on and experience with agile management concepts, practices, and deliverables

Working knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, Including Health Cloud.

Performs analysis of functional and non-functional requirements, identifying technical specifications and translating these into technical architectural system designs and occasionally prototypes.

Recommend architectural solutions that satisfy technical/functional requirements and align with the enterprise architecture strategy.

Perform gap analysis between Salesforce functionality and the client’s requirements.

General knowledge of health information standards.

Advanced Salesforce user and administrator skills (including using permission sets, roles, profiles, groups, security setup, views, and page layouts)

Experience with middleware and APIs for systems integration with Salesforce is desirable

Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills.

Minimum 4 years of experience with SFDC and relevant tools.

We’re hiring Salesforce Developer(s) & Architect(s) GTA location with below requirements:

Participate in the implementation of SF application including design, definition, and development.

Strong technical skills and experience in Salesforce UI Development

Experience building Lightning components, pages, etc.

Experience in creating UI/UX in Salesforce, with UX being persona-based

Experience conducting user research for a Salesforce Lightning instance

Experience articulating UI design to an established team of developers

Possess strong verbal and written communication skills

Demonstrated project management and organization skills

Experience with equity plan management software

Build and maintain customer aids that go beyond traditional documentation, such as online video, demos, and other educational techniques (preferred).

Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of technical writing experience or equivalent experience

Strong experience owning an end-to-end documentation creation process

Knowledge of HTML, XML, and related technologies 

*MUST have verifiable Salesforce Certification

Develop applications on Salesforce.com, Force.com and related technologies –

Developing custom Force.com application development

Salesforce SOAP or REST API development

Development of web forms with Sales Cloud integration

from analysis and design through to implementation, testing and deployment

Assist Product Owners in turning high-level business requirements into technical tasks and contribute to estimation

Work regular business hours remotely or onsite in Burnaby, BC
