Hands-on experience in configuring Products/Pricing/Promotion/Discounts/Rules etc. in EPC

Product Modelling within Comms Cloud

Designing Integration solutions - Salesforce with external systems (batch and real-time)

Collaborate with stakeholders to get the required information for Product Modelling in EPC

Explain to the Business users, the rationale behind the proposed Product Model and get their buy-in

Knowledge of Experience Cloud is must.

ACTIVITIES AND SKILLS TO ACHIEVE THE ABOVE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO

Extensive experience in developing/enhancing complex Lightning Web Components

Experience in data migration activities (preferred)

Should have experience with integrations using web services (REST, SOAP API)

Should be well-versed in re-designing responsive Salesforce Communities with seamless buyer experience.

Some project management experience is an asset

Very strong communications skills, with direct experience writing documentation for and distilling complex concepts into simple messages

Strong meeting facilitation, negotiation, and coordination skills

Agile mindset: We apply agile architecture principles in everything we do

Develop system roadmaps for the target state for our products and services, and present these to the leadership team

Responsible for Proof-of-Concepts involving Salesforce technologies

In-depth knowledge of key processes in industry-specific solutions (e.g. rate, quote, underwrite, Premium, Claim and Policy management)

Project management tools and best practices

Effective in understanding business needs and distilling the information into business and technical requirements

You will have 8+ years of experience of working on deployment teams, ideally using Agile development techniques

Salesforce - You will have direct experience in working with Salesforce (at an Admin level, minimum)

Proven ability to support the management of projects, lead discovery and build cycles, and work in a collaborative team environment

Lead a variety of workshops including business process reviews, discovery sessions, requirements gathering sessions, and design sessions.

Perform analysis of complex business information including business and technical requirements, process models, user stories, and process gaps.

Work alongside a PM to manage project budget and profitability, delivery schedules and overall quality of the solution.

3+ years of experience in a Project Lead, Solution Architect, or Lead Business Analyst role

3+ years of experience in user acceptance test planning and execution
