This includes managing customer accounts, coordinating sales activities, and providing customer service. • Managing customer accounts and providing customer service
• Coordinating sales activities, such as preparing quotes, processing orders, and tracking shipments
• Developing and maintaining sales reports and other documents
• Assisting with the development and implementation of sales strategies
• Developing and maintaining relationships with customers
• Providing support to the sales team
• Ensuring that the sales team meets its goals and objectives
Job Skills Required
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or a related field
• Previous experience in sales operations or customer service
• Knowledge of sales processes and procedures
• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems
