Overview Sales Administrative Support is a position that provides administrative and clerical support to the sales team. This role is responsible for managing customer orders, processing payments, and providing customer service. The Sales Administrative Support is also responsible for maintaining accurate records and filing documents. Detailed Job Description The Sales Administrative Support is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the sales team. This includes managing customer orders, processing payments, and providing customer service. The Sales Administrative Support will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and filing documents. Additionally, the Sales Administrative Support will be responsible for preparing reports and presentations, as well as coordinating meetings and events. Job Skills Required• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of sales processes and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a sales administrative role
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
