The Account Coordinator supports the Business Development, National Accounts and Account Management teams.

Assist with Account transitions from Sales to Account Management

Experience working as an Account Coordinator or similar role.

Open to candidates in Alberta and British Columbia

Prepare spreadsheets for analysis on sales opportunities

Implement sales opportunities for new clients

Knowledge of Xerox office offerings and Xerox Managed Print Services (MPS) tool suite an asset

Manage various internal processes required to service and deliver Xerox’s capabilities to the clients so that it is seamless

Operational Excellence, management and continuous Improvement

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, ability to function well in a team environment

Strong communication skills - verbal and written fluency in English and French, confident and comfortable presenting to clients

Good organizational skills; and ability to multi-task

Previous pharmaceutical sales experience is required, internal sales experience is an asset

· Provide prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service to clients and customers

· You are well-organized with strong communication and business skills.

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Science, Business or equivalent.

Fully bilingual in English and French, both written and spoken

Expert in virtual platforms such as ZOOM and TEAMS
