Trade Certification in either, Electrician – Construction and Maintenance 309A, or Industrial 442A

3-5 years supervisory experience preferably in a unionized environment

Configure, install, and manage corporate devices, including workstations, laptops, printers, phones, handheld terminals, and tablets.

Minimum of 3 years experience in a technical support role.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Patience and empathy when dealing with customers, especially those with limited technical knowledge.

Certificate of Qualification as Electrician (Construction 309A or Industrial 442A) or within final year of apprenticeship in the same identified trade

Experience working within a unionized environment

Good interpersonal and communication skills (oral & written)

Excellent organizational and planning skills

Demonstrated knowledge of safety codes and has demonstrated ability to work in a safety conscious manner

Good working knowledge of computers an asset
